Submissions go to the restricted Preflight admin queue. They are not routed through an unmonitored public mailbox.

- Create an individual account directly or contact us about organization access.

- Use the request code on the coversheet at the records-return portal. The contact form cannot accept files.
- Privacy
- Request access to or deletion of contact information associated with your email.
- Security
- Report a suspected vulnerability without including patient or pilot data.
