This deployment is provided for demonstration use and is not an official FAA, MedXPress, AMCS, or medical-certification system.
1. Eligibility and access
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into these terms. Access is personal, revocable, and may require an invitation or credential verification. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping credentials confidential.
2. Permitted use
You may use the service for aeromedical planning, records organization, records requests, packet sharing, and examiner handoff. You may not probe other accounts, bypass access controls, upload malicious files, interfere with service operation, or use the service for an unlawful purpose.
3. Medical and certification boundary
Preflight Records is an organizational tool. It does not provide medical or legal advice, diagnose conditions, determine fitness to fly, issue a medical certificate, or make an FAA or military aeromedical decision. Official FAA applications and examiner actions remain in MedXPress, AMCS, and other authorized systems.
4. Information you provide
You must have the right to provide and share any information placed in the service. Do not use another person's records, impersonate another person, or direct a disclosure you are not authorized to make.
5. Pilot-directed sharing
When a pilot grants access or sends a packet, the pilot is directing a disclosure to the selected recipient. Revoking access stops future in-product access but cannot retrieve a copy already downloaded or retained by an authorized recipient.
6. Service availability
The service may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Workflow suggestions must be reviewed by the user and the appropriate aviation medical professional. Do not rely on Preflight as the only copy of a record or as the only reminder of a regulatory deadline.
7. Feedback
You may provide workflow and product feedback. Preflight Records may use that feedback to improve the service without identifying you publicly. Medical information should not be included in feedback.
8. Privacy and security
The privacy notice and security page describe current data handling and controls.
9. Ending access
You may stop using the service and request deletion of contact information through the contact form. Preflight Records may suspend access to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or discontinue an account.
